Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EchoLab (BE 1015.443.114 · RPR Gent), Moorselbaan 82, 9300 Aalst, Belgium, handles personal data on aibooth.be. Contact: hello@lykkefilms.com. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Account data — email address, name (if provided) and sign-in identifiers, used to operate your account. Photos — pictures taken in or uploaded to the booth, and the AI portraits generated from them. Usage data — generation counts, credit balance and technical logs needed to run, secure and rate-limit the Service. Analytics — aggregated website statistics (Google Analytics).

How photos are processed

A photo taken in the booth is sent to third-party AI image models via OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) solely to generate the styled portrait, and the result is stored so it can be delivered to you or your guests (QR download page, gallery, live wall — only where the event host enables them). Photos are not used to train our own models and are not sold or used for advertising.

Where data is stored

The platform runs on Google Cloud / Firebase with primary hosting in the EU (europe-west4 region). AI processing involves transfers to providers outside the EU (e.g. the USA), safeguarded by the providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account data — while your account exists. Booth and generated photos — until the event host or account owner deletes them or asks us to. Technical logs and rate counters — short rolling windows. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Payments

This website does not sell software or take payments. The AI Booth software product is sold at demhafuture.com, which handles its own checkout and payment data under its own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers.

Cookies

We use cookies required for sign-in to work, and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate statistics. Your browser settings let you block analytics cookies; the site keeps working.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and (in the EU) lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The fastest route for any request: hello@lykkefilms.com — we answer within 30 days.

Guests at events

If you use the booth as a guest at an event, the event host chose to run the booth and the sharing options. Your photo is processed as described above to create and deliver your portrait. Ask the host, or write to us, to have a photo removed.

We will update this page when our practices change; the date above always shows the current version.
